Scheduled Tours

Scheduled Tours are typically comprised of between six and fifteen persons. The itineraries are designed to include the greatest possible exposure to Japan’s treasures and culture. Everyone who joins a Scheduled Tour should be physically fit, capable of walking several miles in a day. If you see a Scheduled Tour you like but it is not offered on dates that work for you, please contact us about possibly adding dates. Another option to consider is to start your visit to Japan by joining one of our Scheduled Tours, and then adding extra days for independent travel. Once you have spent several days on one of our tours you should be capable of traveling independently in Japan.

Scheduled Tours are normally Land-Only, which means airfare is not included unless stated otherwise. Luggage handling is the responsibility of each participant, therefore mastering the art of “traveling light” is crucial!

Please Note: If you decide to register for one of our Scheduled Tours, send the registration form right away, but please contact us before sending the deposit. We normally need a minimum of six persons in order to guarantee a specific tour. We prefer not holding your deposit until we can give that guarantee.
